Bookings can be done via the widget on this website. If no options are available, then sadly we are all booked up at that time.
You are of course welcome to come by on the day, we will be happy to check if we have a table for you anyway.

NEW CHEF

We are happy to welcome our new chef; Helder! We have been working with him for years in our Bakblik food trucks, and we are very excited that he will now also be working at Calypso!

Thanks to him, you can enjoy the beloved kapsalon and kebab wraps again, plus various tapas, our new double smash burger, delicious pancakes, and of course all kinds of bitterballen!

Working at Calypso

THE vegan hotspot in Eindhoven, located at the square on the bustling Stratumseind, is looking for new team members!

As a Floor Manager you are the face and point of contact, and ultimately responsible on the work floor. You also work in the background, thinking about and implementing improvements and taking care of our guests.
We are also looking for a dishwasher and a server!

Our vacancy page is in Dutch only right now, as we are looking for team members who speak some basic Dutch.
